Phew! 2023 has already been quite a year for us (and it's not even July yet!) To add to our growing awards cabinet, we're delighted to announce that we won Gold at the British Training Awards last week, in the 'SME of the Year' category. To say we're shocked would be an understatement.
And that's because this is now the fourth time we've been a finalist for an award just this year. Earlier this year, we took part in three other awards in tandem with our client Dechra Pharmaceuticals and secured a win at the Veterinary Marketing Awards in the 'Integrated Digital Marketing Campaign' category. Oof.
These incredible wins are such a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase our work the wider industry and really prove that if you do it right, marketing for learning® actually works.
We know that we wouldn't have gotten here without our incredible clients who have been with us on this journey for nearly four (FOUR!) years now. Our core value as a business continues to be clear: enable and empower the L&D industry to embrace marketing tactics, strategies and thinking. We're on an crusade to educate learning and development on the benefits of thinking like a marketer, and prove that getting real learning engagement is more than getting new shiny tech or hiring a new LXD.
So whilst these award wins are absolutely amazing, the real pay off is the impact we're delivering to our clients every single day, and the results they're getting as a result of 'being more marketing.'
