Who the hell are you people?

We’re MAAS (duh) – the marketing experts who make People teams impossible to ignore. We help HR, L&D, Talent, and Internal Comms get the engagement they actually deserve. Also, if you haven’t noticed by now, we have a mild pineapple obsession 🍍.

Why do you care so much about marketing for People teams?

Because too many brilliant initiatives go unnoticed. And frankly, we’re tired of watching People teams work their socks off only to be met with blank stares. Marketing changes that.

Do you only work with L&D teams?

Nope. If your job involves getting employees to care about anything – engagement campaigns, culture initiatives, leadership programs, HR tech launches – we’ve got you covered.

Will you try to turn us into marketers?
